We are proud to offer international shipping services. Once your order is placed, it is processed within 24-48 hours. On average, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 4 to 8 working days from the date of purchase.

Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your specific location and any unforeseen circumstances. The specified delivery time doesn’t include our 1-2 day processing time, but rest assured, we work diligently to get your ergonomic memory foam pillow to you as quickly as possible.

🇬🇧 UK & 🇺🇸 USA: 4-8 business days shipping

Due to high demand and increased shipping volumes, sometimes delivery times may take an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to tracking service provider shipping tracking might be not available.

For some shipping providers, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Order Cancellation 

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Will I Receive All My Items In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase sometimes can be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping or can be sent from different warehouses that have stock available at the time of purchase.
